We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any change of mind, dummies, teethers or sale orders, only faulty items.

Faulty Items

We take great care in inspecting all items before they are shipped out, however in the unlikely event that you were to receive items that have manufacturing faults please get in contact with us within 48 hours of receiving your product with full description of fault and photo evidence and we will be happy to help!

Lost/Damaged Parcels

Parcels that have been lost or damaged in shipping process are out of our control.
